If you're still having issues after the steps I linked above, please get in touch via a direct case and feel free to share your Case ID here so we can take a look. TheLoneWolf008 as the above is regarding your Drives, if you installed the game to a Microsoft Storage Space Device yourself, you are likely to have the same issue, this isn't a physical media issue. You're welcome to use Microsoft Storage Space Devices on your PC, but take care when installing games in future not to install them to these 'drives'. It is indeed correct that we do not support Microsoft Storage Space Devices when running our games.Īs this is a facility to create essentially virtual space read / write permissions and capabilities aren't the same as when using your standard HDD / SSD storage devices so when your PC attempts to boot / run the game, it can run into issues opening the files and thus crashing the game. Thanks for sharing this, glad to hear you were able to get a response which resolved your issue! Ubisoft for some reason doesnt support that in some of their games, i had a clean windows install so i wiped my entire disk and did it the other way. I've got in touch with support and answer i got was shocking, my disk was apparently formatted as Microsoft Storage Space Device. ![]() ![]() Originally posted by TheLoneWolf008: ive already deleted the game, i dont feel like going through the hastle of doing all that to play an old game like this that wasnt even that good,
